PAAP Seminar on The Role of Administrative Law in Public Policy Implementation & Governance

The Public Administration Association of Pakistan (PAAP), in collaboration with the South Asian Society for Law & Practice, successfully hosted a seminar on “The Role of Administrative Law in Public Policy Implementation & Governance” on 24th October 2024 at Islamabad Bar Council Hall, G11. The session featured Advocate Sibah Farooq, Advocate High Court & LLM Geneva Academy, as the keynote speaker, along with Advocate Adil Aziz Qazi, Advocate Supreme Court, as Guest of Honour, and Mr. Irfan Nawaz Memon, Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, as Chief Guest. The seminar highlighted the critical role of administrative law in shaping effective governance, enforcing policy frameworks, and promoting transparency in public administration. Attendees gained firsthand insights into the intersection of law and policy, participated in interactive discussions, and explored practical strategies for improving governance.
